"Black Mold on the property needs to be taken care of, you can see it on the hallway ceilings, carpet on the hallways and stairs needs to be replaced is dirty, and stinks. I was on the 2nd floor. The place has a funky bad smell overall. The water and juice are from a soda type machine so no thank you who knows if it gets cleaned. The plumbing makes quite a bit of noise. "

"The location was excellent, and the room and breakfast were both good. Unfortunately, the customer service offered by the daytime staff during my four-night stay was highly disappointing. Aside from the night front-desk, interactions with the daytime front-desk employees often felt as though the guests were an inconvenience, met with rudeness and no genuine acknowledgements. Management should either hire individuals with the right attributes and care for the job, or train them in customer...

"The staff was great. Check-in was quick and easy. The place is newly upgraded. It’s really nice from the wall walls to the flooring to the trim to the doors everything. Brand new. Beautiful lobby decorated very nice. Coffee bar all day. I highly recommend this place."
