"The room was perfect for what we needed. It’s quite rare to find a property with a double and two single beds. The breakfast was perfect to set us up for the day, and the hostess was really helpful with local information. I would recommend this place if wanting to visit Venice, we prefer escaping the bustle of the centre and escaping by water taxi to this quieter location for the night. The nearby restaurants and bars were great."

"I had a wonderful stay in this room in Venice. My family and I was warmly welcomed, and the room was absolutely beautiful and spotless. "We had a spectacular stay at Palazzo Veneziano. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. They kindly upgraded my daughter and me to a junior suite, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and made our vacation feel truly special. A major highlight was the complimentary excursion they offered us to Murano to watch the master glass blowers at work—it was fascinating and seamlessly arranged. The hotel staff was also incredibly helpful in arranging our transportation to the airport, taking all the stress out of our departure. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and provided the perfect base for a lovely time in Venice. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Perfect location for the popular sites tucked away on a street short walking distance from the Rialto bridge and St Marks square. The hotel is decorated in a traditional Venetian style but with a modern touch. The reception staff are available 24 hours and are very friendly. The room was very comfortable with good air conditioning and bathroom facilities. We didn’t choose to have breakfast so can’t comment. Lots of great restaurants on the same street as the hotel and nearby. We would happily stay here again"

"Good location roughly midway between Rialto and Piazza San Marco, a <1-min. walk from the S. Maria del Giglio vaporetto station, which is served by the #1 line and the orange Alilaguna line -- about 40 min. by vaporetto from the train station and just over an hour from the airport. (I recommend taking the Alilaguna from the airport rather than a group taxi, as the latter will let you off farther away and over a bridge -- challenging with luggage.) We had only 3 issues with the hotel itself, all physical: a flight of stairs to the rooms (but they did help with our luggage), a high-sided bathtub that's challenging to get in and out of, and no electrical outlet on the far side of the bed. The room was clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfasts were good; there are multiple places to eat nearby for lunch and dinner. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There is a stolpersteine outside the entrance."

"The female staff in the mornings contined to take male guests ahead of me . Each time saying “ just let me finish with him “ Ignoring that i was first in line and should be teated equally . It was dismissive and unpolite . In this front desk clerks eyes i was insignificant and i did ask her what it was about me she felt it was ok to give me such lack of respect. She said i am sorry i didnt see you and it was only a lie. I was standing right in front and she looked directly at me"

"The hotel was elegant and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city—yet our room remained quiet and peaceful. When we checked out, the hotel kindly stored our luggage until we were ready to collect it later in the day, which was incredibly convenient and much appreciated.Definitely would stay here again.Thank you."
