"This hotel seems almost brand new. The room we had was the best we had in 12 days of staying in Turkiye. The shower didn't leak - which was rare, the bed was comfortable. The only minor issue is the hotel is on a steep road. The police academy is across the road and the authorities have chosen to put 2 substantial road humps immediately outside the hotel - in both directions. This means that every vehicle has to slow right down and then accellerated back over the humps - both ways. The traffic seemed to back off after 10pm but If you book here, ask for a room not facing the road and preferably on the upper floors. The restaurant isn't cheap but we did have the "American" breakfast and it was good."

"Great hotel, great location, great amenities Only issue was the ritz Carlton driver on the way to the airport tried overcharging by an extra 500 lira even though it was a fixed fair. He backed down after some argument but not a nice look on the ritz Carlton to allow this type of behaviour "

"Room was very spacious, and ultra clean! A/C worked well, and it was very easy to maintain a perfect room temperature. Never met a staff member who wasn't smiling. Morning breakfast buffet was an abundance of riches! (I won't dare tell how much weight I gained!) Highly recommend this hotel."

"Hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes from airport. Rooms are very clean and staff are welcoming and friendly. Our flight was very early which meant we would miss the breakfast time, so staff offered us a box lunch instead if we preferred so we'd have something to eat early in the morning - very thoughtful. Taxi's are plentiful and the staff will order one for you if you choose. Overall, from location to price to amenities and customer service, you can't go wrong with this hotel."

"Hotel was well maintained and room was clean and well equipped. Staff we’re helpful and pleasant to deal with. Location is in a nice area, but a good 30 minutes walk to the Kadikoy and Moda market and restaurants."

"We had a room with a small terrace opening to the pool, which was still in the process of being opened. Staff generally were helpful and attentive, with the exception of the lobby bar where it was always a struggle to get someone to serve. Housekeeping and room service were excellent"
