"Very disappointing. Room did not match hotel.com posting. No lightbulbs in lamps, had to screw in the coaxial cable wire into back of tv myself. The sofa bed did not open and had to buy an extra room for a third guest which the management required a cash, no receipt payment. No hot water until I complained heavily. We hoped to have a nice few days in Teresopolis, but clearly chose the wrong place. Even the WiFi wouldn’t work. I must say one good thing, the housekeeping woman was exceptional but...

Antes de chegarmos o Eduardo me passou todas as informações pelo WhatsApp. O lugar é espetacular, com seis nascentes, cachoeiras, trilhas, vinhedo, plantação de cana de açúcar, criação de trutas. Ficamos no chalé Alambique, com limpeza impecável, cama confortável, cozinha completa com todos utensílios, incluindo taças de vinho. O café da manhã e almoço foram excelentes, produtos locais...

The issue I had is they didn't send me the code to enter my room before I arrived. I couldn't reach them via email or watsapp, only a phone call worked (and the responder only spoke Portuguese)."
