"We had a wonderful time. It is a beautiful bed and breakfast in the mountains overlooking the ocean. We brought our dog who had lots of space to run around, and Luigi made sure we had a pack and play for our 14 month old already in the room when we came. The room itself was decent sized with its own patio and private entrance. The breakfast was great and it is served in a beautiful room surrounded by glass overlooking the pool, which overlooks the ocean. We will definitely be going back!"

"Some rooms are updated more than others but the only difference is the bathroom. AC is good. Bed is good. Room is clean. Room cleaning staff is good. Breakfast is good. Restaurant for dinner is good excellent. Food staff/waiters are excellent. Everyone very nice. Only drawback is the stairs to go anywhere on the property. You will descend and climb hundreds of stairs on a daily basis. So you need to be in shape to stay at this hotel. There’s not much to do in Gaeta city overall. There’s a lot of restaurants some good and some ok."

"The rooms were great! Shower was a bit awkward with the rainfall in the middle and no space to move away from the water and a slippery flooring. Disappointed with how we spend so much money for little amenities for 21hrs booking. We couldn’t use the pool before checkout, which I think is wrong. You pay for only half a day! It good enough! Most hotels (I’ve been to a lot) offer up until checkout."

"Fantastic Villa and exceptional value.The views are amazing with its elevated position, but be aware of the steep unsealed access road; it might influence rental car choice.The kitchen is very well equipped, easy to use and clean. We appreciated the extra cleaning by Valentina and Rafaelle during the week. WiFi is excellent strength- except in the downstairs pool bedrooms. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sunloungers and space. The tv sitting room with great a/c was much appreciated during the heat of the day.There is a very friendly cat who visits- but never comes into the villa, and insect repellent is essential- to be expected in the countryside location.Stewart the host was so helpful. He responded immediately to any queries, and our small plumbing issue was fixed straightaway by Rafaelle. The villa instructions were very thorough and useful- I would only suggest a hard copy could be kept in the villa for ease of use. We didn’t realise when we first arrived that the water wasn’t potable.We had a fantastic week in the villa and discovered a fascinating and beautiful part of Italy ."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Formia. The views were beautiful, the room was comfortable, and the direct access to the beach was a huge plus. We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the hotel provided us with complimentary beach chairs. The brunch was delicious, and the location is excellent—it's a very pleasant place to relax and enjoy the area. The only downside was that there was an event taking place during the evening. The music was so loud that we could hear and feel it vibrating in our room until midnight, which made it difficult to rest. That said, the hotel handled the situation very well by offering us a complimentary meal / drink, which we truly appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. However, if you're looking for a very quiet and peaceful getaway, I suggest checking with the hotel in advance to see if any events are scheduled during your stay because it can get very loud!"

"Exquisite home, gorgeous views & spectacular pool! Everything we had hoped for! Wonderful kitchen to make meals with local produce. 10 minutes to groceries, markets, restaurants… 15 minutes to the sea and beautiful beach clubs with delicious restaurants. Very private and restorative… Fascinating historical ruins close by, trails and inspiring views in every direction. An unforgettable Italian experience for our family of 4! Our highest recommendation and would love to return…JM, our host, was extremely helpful and offered many wonderful suggestions.Grazie Mille!!!"
