"The dishwashers was left for us to unload when we arrived. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The only vent in the bedroom is blocked by the bed, so sleeping was difficult due to being hot. There is no fan in the bedroom to help circulates the air.The good thing is that the owners were very kind and helpful when asked questions.The cabin is close to the river where you just walk across the property to fish or enjoy the river. The road/area was not busy. Very private. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! The rental was clean with a beautiful view of the Toccoa River. There are a couple rooms that were warm at night unfortunately but we made the best of it. I feel like the bathrooms, some of the bedrooms could use some hooks on the walls to help with hanging things but overall the cabin is spacious and cozy. Lots of deck space, lower and upper and we loved the fire pit making s’mores. The jacuzzi was a hit too! "

"The cabins are rustic with a 2 burner cook top and just enough pans and utensils. Excellent provisions. Lighting is sparse with 1 light over the table and a battery powered lantern. If you like to read in bed, consider bringing your own light. "

"Beautiful house with great amenities, especially for families with kids! Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots and pans and grilling utensils.Bathrooms were clean and neat. Nice tv’s indoor and outdoor w/ awesome outdoor fireplaces. The lower level has lots of leisure activities for both the kids and adults to have fun together. The owner/property manager was very helpful and quick to to respond to questions. We had a slight issue with the hot tub water and the manager was able to resolve it quickly! Overall, this is an excellent property with attentive hosts. "
