After having a horrible experience, staying at a hotel near this one with roaches crawling on the floor, this place felt like a heaven in hell. It was super clean, I finally got to rest and take a nice shower.Staff was helpful and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel if you have to stay in that area.

Lovely buffet breakfast. Ideally situated for the Smyrna agora. We arrived late amd nearby at that time the food options were limited. So we opted for Mcdonald. There are probably good restaurants a bit further out and the hotel would do room service.

It’s was an amazing long weekend visit! Breakfast was delicious and staff were so attentive each morning. The location was perfect for walking to all fun restaurants and bars! Highly recommend for your visit to Izmir!

The hotel is in a convenient location in the city center. It's modern, clean, and well maintained. The room temperature was an issue as I was told it's centrally controlled for only heating or cooling, so it was too warm. Breakfast was a buffet with many choices, but as often happens with buffets the food gets cold and stale when it's sitting out. The staff were nice but sometimes didn't seem to know the area well and didn't have much advice.

Emens Hotel room is nice and clean. The shower is great! The hotel is in the heart of downtown, and we were told by our airport transfer driver that the area was dangerous to walk at night. There aren’t good restaurants in the immediate surroundings, but if you’re willing to walk 1-2 kms you can find better options.

The property is located just a 5 minute walk from the central train station which is convenient for İzmir Airport. The room was clean, the bed and bathroom facilities clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

The room condition is good and clear with just enough facilities and provisions. The buffet breakfast is good. Close to metro station. If improvement is needed, the 2 things i suggest are: the bed is too soft and the air-conditioner temperature is difficult to control.

Among the 4 star hotels in İzmir, they are competent in general. They have a good breakfast. However, their sound insulation is not enough and the hotel is in a central place. Overall, ıf you want to stay in a central place, I suggest.

Stayed on 2 separate nights a few days apart in different rooms. Rooms were very well soundproofed and beds extremely comfortable giving an exceptionally good night’s sleep. All areas of the hotel were very clean and maintained. We found the staff to be very friendly and enjoyed breakfast which had a really good selection. The hotel is in a great location, just on from Basmane Square with good transport links and a short walk to Konami Square and the Pier. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying when we are in Izmir again.

Enjoyable stay. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Location was not exactly mainstreet but the taxi got us there . The bellboy was very helpful. He even prepared our takeout breakfast the next day since we had a 7:30 pick-up for our tour. He was also the one who fixed the safe which was left locked by the previous occupant.

I had a wonderful stay at Emmen's hotel, checking was swift and efficient, you were accompanied to your room and were showed where everything was. The room was clean with a wonderful bathroom with shower pressure. They also have a nice spread for breakfast that you can enjoy before exploring the city. The location is walkable but there is also the tram and buses if you choose to use them. The staff were amazing, always willing to help. The location of the hotel is on an industrial area, very safe and quiet at night. I will definitely stay at Emmen's Hotel again

We felt for Izmir this was great value and we were pleased with the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. Our room was exceptionally spacious and all updated. The location was walkable to many sites. Just a little off the main street in a techie area. We were comfortable but that is the only reason for rating it good instead of excellent. Overall yes I’d book there again.
