Some staff in the reception spoke no English at all, while other reception staff barely spoke English, making communications hard. They were also not able to solve the lack of WiFi in our room, nor the weak internet in the reception area, claiming our devices were bad. Other small details include having to ask for toilet paper since the room had none; a leak in the bathroom; and a bad breakfast. Overall, for the price of the room, we still expected more, specially when considering the services provided in the other five hotels we were in in Turkey.

A filthy, run-down place

Dear Sir/Madam, Before booking your hotel, I called to ask specifically about parking. The lady I spoke with said there was parking just 2 minutes away but never mentioned it was off-site and paid. When I arrived, I was told the parking was not part of the hotel and had an extra cost. I called the same lady again, and she changed her statement, then refused to acknowledge what she had originally said. I explained that I had booked based on the claim of free parking, which also appeared on your website. When I asked to cancel due to this misinformation, I was told, “We don’t cancel. If you want to leave, you can go,” and no refund would be provided. I found this response unprofessional and disappointing. Check-in was also poor — we waited 20–25 minutes for a room key despite having a reservation. Once in the room, the door didn’t open due to a dead battery. A staff member used a MasterCard key to let us in. The same issue happened again later. The room itself was dirty, and the breakfast was very low quality. This experience was far below expectations and not as advertised. I feel misled and disappointed, and I hope action is taken to prevent this from happening to future guests. Sincerely,

A fuir !

Une expérience horrible. Les chambres ne sont pas du tout comme dans les photos. Le niveau de propreté est très tres faible. Murs délabrés, traces de pieds et mains sur les murs, équipements cassés, feinte de pigeons à côté des fenêtres. La salle de bains affreuse, la douche très sale. En plus de tout ça, ça puait la clope dans la chambre et dans les couloirs. Petit-déjeuner ridicule. Je pense vraiment le pire hôtel de ma vie. Fuyez ça !

Rezalet ötesi bir otel

Korkunç bir deneyimdi. Klimalar merkezi olduğu için havasız bir odada sıcak üfleyen klimayla karşılaştık. Sıcak kirli ve havasız bi odadaydık. Yangın merdivenine bakan camı açtık havalanması için fakat herkes buradan girebilirdi güvenlik sıfır. Banyolar rutubetli, kirli, çok dar. Yastıklar nevresimler lekeliydi. Personel de yardımcı değildi. “Nisan ayında 26 derece odadayız ve klima açamıyor muyuz, bu çok mantıksız” dediğimizde “bu otelde çok fazla mantıksızlık var daha fazla para verip daha iyi bi yer tutsaydınız” minvalinde konuştular. Denetlenmesi gereken rezalet bir yer. Ucuz ya da değil sunulan şartların karşılanması gerekirdi. Odalarda minimum yere dokunarak hareket edip sadece yatmak için girdik.

Sehr kleines zimmer, anders als erwartet. Man hatte keinen blick durch die fenster, die fenster waren mit dicker milchfolie. Auf dem bett lagen verschiedene haare, kurze hasre und lange., die bettwäsche am bett roch extrem nach männer parfüm und war befleckt. Klima ging einige stunden nicht! Kühlschrank geht auch nicht, fernseher geht auch nicht. Wlan geht auch nicht. Ich habe für diesen schrott geld bezahlt.. es sind grad mal 10€ wert aber nicht dadrüber.. der service war aber extrem gut und hilfsbereit extrem nette menschen und haben mir such wasser geschenkt mich immer ins zimmer gebracht und unterhalten

Odanın kapı kartı çalışmıyordu siz bize haber verin biz açarız dediler. her giriş çıkış için resepsiyona haber vermek zorunda kaldık. Klimalar sürekli bozulup durdu gece yarısı resepsiyona inip klima açtırmak zorunda kaldık. Çok kötü bir otel. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Odada temiz denilebilecek materyal yoktu. Banyo kullanılabilecek temizlikte değildi. Nevresim takımları kirliydi. Odanın temizliği mide bulandırıcı seviyede olduğu için toplam üç saat kalabildim. Otelden çıkış yaptım. Üç yıldız standartının oldukça altında kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Hijyen sıfır kalınabilecek bir oda değildi.

国鉄バスマーネ駅から目の前の大通りを渡ってすぐ、広場に面しておりバス会社（パムッカレ）のオフィスの隣。掲載されている写真の青い建物で探していたので最初は見つけられなかった。入口の写真を掲載してほしい。 朝食はビュッフェ形式で色々用意されていた。 部屋のwifiの入りはまあまあ。冷蔵庫はあったがプラグが挿入されてなかったので、自分で冷蔵庫をずらして差し込んだ。 問題だったのはエアコンで、部屋にリモコンがなく、部屋の入口付近に操作パネルはあったのだが、押しても変更できない。フロントに言ったところ、別の部屋からリモコンを持ってきたのか、それで操作して稼働させてくれはしたものの、その場限りで後は自分で操作できるわけでもなかったので（結果的に暑くて眠れないでもなく風邪をひくでもなく問題はなかったのだが）、ホテルの設備という点でそこは減点。

Çok memnun kaldığımı söyleyemem.

Oda çok küçük resimde gösterildiği gibi değildi. Duşakabini çok dar kapı ve duvar arasına sıkışarak girebiliryorsun.( 80 kilo yum demek daha fazla olsam duş alamayacağım. Oda düzenli, ama son bir toz alınma işlemi yapılmamış yerlerde küçük toz parçaları vardı. Daha ucuz fiyata daha iyi yerde kaldım aynı muhitte.
