"Manager at the front desk was very nice. However, unit was dirty and we found 2 roaches wondering next to our beds. Did not get a refund or room swapped. I had to sleep with one eye opened at all times since I had my kids with me."

" Very comfortable home equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home. Close to the Everglades and an easy drive down to the upper keys. Lots of good options for restaurants and shopping. Host was very responsive we had a problem with the internet going down and they contacted the carrier and it was fixed in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Southern Florida. "

"The room was terrible! It had many holes in the walls that were crudely patched and not painted. There were blankets firmly covering the window. You couldn’t open it. There were many electrical problems: the bathroom light didn’t work, the fridge, microwave and TV didn’t work and the light in the Main room could not be turned off! It made it very hard to sleep. The room was very rough and very Spartan. "
