Only two negatives were: the neighborhood is a bit gritty and getting access to the car park requires coordination with Nigel every time you come and go. "

However, it should be noted (preferably in the description) that it is on the 3rd floor -elevator is available- and that the key must be picked up off site on the other side of the Liffey... not ideal for a late night check in or early morning departure. "This was a good place to use as a home base while exploring Dublin and taking bus tours to other areas. It was quiet, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen adequately supplied. An added bonus was the balcony where we could sit and relax. The apartment is across the street from the lockbox, a little confusing at first. "

"We booked the property because we had a party of 8 and their apartments accommodated our party size. The floors had not been cleaned when we arrived. There is a train that runs behind the property so the noise is consistently loud during most of the day. We requested clean towels on our third day and even though we were told they’d be sent up, we never received them. The space of the apartment for our party size was great, but there wasn’t much within walking distance in terms of food or grocery...

"Good location. Place is reasonable and spacious. Plenty of amenities but coffee machine does not work. Beds are uncomfortable. Shower is good with spacious bathroom. Key pick up and drop off is a 15 minute walk away. Need to drop rubbish at a nearby dumpster that is difficult to find as instructions are very unclear. Received constant messages about checking out by 10am. "
