"Everything was great. Was surprised to see a $1 safe charge per night on our final bill. I asked the receptionist to remove those charges which they did. However, guests should be informed of this ahead of time, not when it’s “buried” in the final bill. Looks like a money grab."

"I had a great experience staying here. The location is excellent and very convenient, and the property was clean and comfortable. Most importantly, I want to give a big thank-you to the staff. My wife accidentally left her necklace in the room after we checked out and the staff found it and kept it safe. I was able to come back and pick it up the next day. I truly appreciate their honesty and kindness—it meant so much to my wife. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of my belongings!"

"Our stay was outstanding! We would love to return! Among our best family vacations. We spent most of our time outdoors - kayaking, swimming, enjoying the view from the Adirondack chairs, dining on the deck. Beautiful views. Great proximity to Jamestown and Newport. Home was equipped with fishing rods, soccer/football/beach/basketballs, frisbees - tons of activities for the kids and grandchildren. Last evening we brought back steamed lobsters from the Lobster Shack in Newport which were the best lobsters we ever had. Perfection."
