"I’m so disappointed with this arrived and it was not even close to what I was expecting from the booking. Not to mention that I had to wait outside for nearly an hour and a half as someone else had taken my room and I had not been given any information on how to enter the property keys, et cetera. Once I finally got hold of The guy in charge, he was not very pleasant to deal with or very welcoming. Due to the issues leading up to this point, I ended up booking somewhere else as just did not...

"Hotel is in a lovely area and looks beautiful inside and out. The staff I met were nice, however was disappointed after having a long day to arrive and told they were not serving any food (was around 7pm). Our room was nice and mostly clean (empty bottles were left on the floor when we arrived) and the TV would only work on BBC1 and ITV and we couldn't use the remote as this didnt work either 🙈"
