"Staff was great, let me check in 3 hours earlier because my room was ready. My 3rd hotel in Korea and this was the cleanest one. Very happy, The street was full of restaurants in walking distance. Only thing i couldn’t work out until day 2 was the aircon remote was inter grade with TV remote Thank you Cream hotel for a wonderful stay"

"Nice location, close to acha-san from which you could get a good view from seoul. While very little english is spoken by the people i interacted with I managed to ask a couple question using using google translate and they were happy to accomodate. It is a relativelly cheap hotel in seoul so no major luxuries but also no nasty surprises"

"There is a big sign outside that says ‘Grand Opening’. Not a chance, way too many things look worn and poorly maintained inside the room. It was also clear that the housekeeping crew was doing the bare minimum. Twice they left behind dirty towels (ones they had used, not mine) and my sheets were not changed once in the entire 6 night stay (no signage indicating they have eco-friendly policies). "Booked Hotel Louize because there were no other hotels available on a holiday weekend. We were a group of friends that booked the 1 standard bed and 1 twin bed. The location was very convenient, the staff was very nice (but did not speak english), and the room was spacious for South Korea. However, the ambiance was extremely weird - old building, small hotel (~35 rooms), hallways and rooms painted black, eerie decor and mirrors.
