Hotel is adorable and the staff was generally very friendly. I will say that it is a little difficult to navigate the elevator, at least the first couple of times, and it is not clear how to find the cafe. It’s really a fun place though with a great design for the rooms. Very clean!!!

The location was perfect for my purposes. The room was SO SMALL!!! There wasn't even a spot for me to put my toothbrush on the tiny sink, which was literally inches from the bed. And knowing that I could turn on the television or change the volume with my foot while in bed as the tv was that close is somewhat amusing.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel and would come back. The room and hotel was very nice and had a cute aesthetic overall. It was within walking distance of the subway, train station, and bus station. It was easy for my Uber to pull up to and out. Within walking distance of Empire State building, Time Square, and Korea Town. Also had lots of restaurants, shops, and bakeries like Zeppola Bakery that was very good! The staff was very nice and helpful, they were even able to upgrade my room to check me in early. I felt safe here and would recommend to solo female travelers. The elevator system specifically was a nice safety measure. It wouldn't allow anyone who didn't have a keycard onto the bedroom floors and I believe security was nearby. Some additional perks, they have a restaurant in the same hotel so it was nice If I didn't want to leave and could order pickup, they also had polaroid camera's that I could rent for the day for free. It was a good stay, thank you!
