"Great modern apartment with coded and or lockable doors everywhere, really clean and tidy, great location, short walking distance to just about everywhere in old town and the Jewish quarter."
"Talo oli vaikea löytää. Sähköpostiin saapuneet ohjeet olivat vaikeaselkoiset. Vahtimestari ilmoitti sisäänkirjautumisajan olevan tunti ilmoitettua myöhemmin. Huoneessa ei ole pyykinpesukonetta eikä talossa pyykinpesutiloja vastoin ilmoitusta. Itse huone on siisti."

"I could not believe how quiet this hotel was! Main Square is full of activity, but when you get to your room, you can’t hear any of the noise! The bed was super comfortable, the room was beautiful and clean, and the service was above and beyond all expectations! Free breakfast was excellent and saved us so much! The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. I look forward to returning here again someday."

"This is the only hotel with a comfortable entrance, large enough to get on and off a taxi with a wheelchair without a rush in such a central Cracow location.
Staff were very helpful and rooms were nice and clean."
"Lovely property in the old Jewish area. Easy to walk to the old town and around the Jewish area. Close to the train station for the link to the airport. Breakfast was excellent and the bar and outside area were lovely. The rooms were quiet and spacious.
Great idea to forgo a room clean and get a voucher for a glass of Prosecco or coffee or late check out. "

"My wife, daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the M29. The hotel is well cared for with a reasonably spacious room and very comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our thanks especially to Aleksandra. My wife and I wanted to take a train to Zakopane to do some
Hiking in the Tatas. Aleksandra went to great lengths to assist us with train schedules, tickets, maps of the area and directions to the trails we wished to walk. She made this journey possible. Without question we would recommend the M29. "
