This is a lovely hotel especially if you have kids or are looking to be around families and couples. It's 7mins walk to the beach which is lovely. The pools are well maintained and chocolate hour everyday is a treat. The downside, my initial room faces the mall next door so there was music playing ...

Hands down the best hotel/resort in Indonesia. The staff are extremely friendly and hospitable. I would say this is my favorite hotel in the world. Much better than The W and The Ritz. Highly recommend.
