"We stayed at Wyndham Grand Cancún for our honeymoon and had an amazing experience! The resort has plenty of pools to choose from and a great variety of food options that kept every meal exciting. The beach was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of seating available. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always going above and beyond to make our stay special. Our room was impeccable—clean, comfortable, and had everything we could ask for. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our honeymoon. We would definitely come back to Wyndham Grand Cancún again!"

"The 4-star rating for staff and service (instead of 5) is due only to the poor check-in experience. We had booked two king-bed rooms, but were given one king and one double-bed room on different floors. The staff suggested we could have two nearby ocean-view rooms if we paid an additional $600 USD, which was disappointing—especially since it was the off-season and there were plenty of empty rooms on each floor. It felt like they were trying to push an unnecessary upgrade. Aside from the check-in issue, the service overall was excellent, and I would still recommend this hotel."
