The double volume entrance hall gives you the choice to go to the living areas or up to the bedrooms. The living areas includes an open plan kitchen, separate scullery, dining room, spacious lounge (with large screen TV and fireplace) that opens up to both the front deck and the interior Japanese garden and koi pond area. There is a bar room, pool table room and sauna.

The front deck boasts the best views from the house. It has a gazebo sitting area, heated infinity pool and zen garden. The interior courtyard contains an undercover outdoor eating area, gas braai (barbecue for non-South Africans), zen garden and koi pond filled with koi.

The large main bedroom shares the same views. Sitting in the bath with a glass of wine and watching that view is a treat. (Don't worry, no-one can see you up here.) The en-suite bathroom has a bath, extra large shower and double basins. There is a king-size bed (with motorised adjustments and massage function), built in cupboards and a separate toilet.

The second and third bedrooms each have an extra length queen size bed and full en-suite bathrooms with views onto the Japense garden.
