No one property to provide acess. Had to book room at another hotel. Had to pay taxi to drive to this property, then drive again.... far distance to an alternate hotel.Will contact my credit card company for refund on fees paid, an discourage use of this app/service provider. Property is very far from downtown area, in a completely residential area. No indication of local businesses.... stores, restaurants, etc.
