"We really liked this hotel and the staff was very helpful. The only issue was there were some maintenance issues with the bathroom sink. Also, the road was noisy, but they provided ear plugs. The hotel is walking distance to the train station but there is drug use and homelessness evident in the area."

"It worked in a pinch. However, the cleanliness of the room was terrible. There no way the one bed had been cleaned. Grass, dirt, HAIR. Couldn’t believe it. Also, there was fly in the bathroom sink area. I was wondering where it came from, and then we noticed a dirty towel stuffed until the sink cabinet… I’ve never stayed someone so unkept. When we checked out I shared with the front desk and housekeeping manager, and they were very kind and helpful. I usually don’t write reviews, but I thought this was necessary to share my experience."

"Late flight so late check in. I got room 129 and the desk clerk was nice. I went to my room and the TV did not work, The heating unit fan was making a grinding sound , Room was worn and dirty. For the price and due to my past experience. I expected better. I reported the issues to security, since all staff (except security) went home. Security called the General Manager and they told me that the Manager did not care and I could complain in the morning. I was told they are making enough tourist bookings that they JUST DONT NEED TO CARE. I went to another hotel."

"Honestly, the place was just pretty run down and it doesn’t look like the owners put enough into it. It was in a sketchy neighborhood and everything was just old and beat up. The couch was literally falling apart. I read through the reviews and it seems that everything we had trouble with people have had trouble with the past so it doesn’t seem like there’s much upkeep. The laminate floor was sticky, and the rug looked very dirty. I would also suggest blackout curtains and removal of the used toothbrushes in the bathroom."

"The host was quick to respond to questions and very easy to talk to. It is a pet friendly listing with a fenced in yard. The only con would be if you are avoiding steps/stairs. There are several stepping up onto property that are serviceable with large chips in concrete and uneven walking surface. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and would most likely rebook for future needs."
