"Loved everything with the exception of the VALET! I literally watched valet watch me struggle with my suitcase upon entering the hotel entrance. Didn’t offer to help or anything. Another instance another day I tried asking valet a question and the attendant totally ignored me. VALET NEEDS SOME WORK !"

"We had a meal in the restaurant, and it was ok. I had a salad with chicken as an extra. The chicken was very dry and old. Not freshly cooked at all. My husband had the salmon, which was good. They had no non-alcohol beer. We didn’t have breakfast there or used the pool or the gym. The rating is a 4.5*, but I would only rate it a 3*"
