"The breakfast was really great and the bar was good. The staff were helpful and the hotel is in close walking distance to the Grand Place and the meeting places for tours which is very handy. "

"This is a beautiful 5 star hotel with very well appointed guest rooms and public spaces. Staff were welcoming and service was exceptional. The hotel's location near Grand Place and Central Station made it very easy to move/walk around the city. The only minor issue was that I was supposed to receive a complimentary bottle of wine and it didn't arrive to my room until late in the evening the night before my departure so no time to enjoy it :("

"Rooms are nicely decorated with big comfy beds. Quiet inside the hotel, good area for getting the metro into the centre. Bar is a little bit odd and bar staff unfriendly. Rooms quite dark with little natural light"
