El hotel nos encantó es muy elegante y con todo lo necesario. El check-in rapido y facil. El personal muy amable. Las habitaciones amplias y con todo lo necesario. Los baños muy espaciosos. Los desayunos excelentes, mucha variedad y todo delicioso. El hotel es muy centrico y esta en un area muy agradable cercano a la estacion de metro. Totalmente recomendable.

Very courteous front desk especially David and Rebecca, very friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious room, delicious breakfast and nice amenities. Wishing them happy new year and hope other hotels we will be checking-in be the same as this Eurostars Palazzo Zichy. Satisfied and happy with our 6 days stay. Amazing staffs ❣️

The room was nice, we had a balcony looking out to the city which was a nice bonus but did not get much use in winter. The hotel is well connected via metro to the city but is also walkable.
