HyvÀ sijainti ja taidetta seinÀllÀ. Kohde on uuden oloisessa talossa aivan keskustan lÀhellÀ. Jotenkin tykkÀÀn myös siitÀ, ettÀ huoneisto on yksi aivan normaalissa asuintalossa, jossa siis asuu vakituisesti ihmisiÀ omassa kodissaan.

Asunnossa oli kaikki tarvittava ja sĂ€nky oli hyvĂ€. Pyykinpesukone tarpeellinen mikĂ€ majoittuu pidemmĂ€n aikaa. Astianpesukonetta kaipasin. Astiatkin puhdistĂșisivat paremmin. Rakennus oli uusi, mutta ilmastointi oli heikko. Kattoterassi mukava lisĂ€. Lattiapinta oli tuhruinen ja lĂ€ikikĂ€s. Muuten yleisilme oli siisti.Rauhallinen ympĂ€ristö.

Ainoa miinus oli parkkipaikkojen puute. Tarjolla oli parkkihalli, joka oli hyvÀ, mutta elÀkelÀiselle liian kallis, kun invakorttiakaan ei saanut kÀyttÀÀ.

TvÄrumslÀgenhet med komplett kök och bastu. Perfekt centralt lÀge i lugnt bostadsomrÄde. 300 meter till mÀssan dÀr vi arbetade och 200 meter till folklivet. Stor lÀgenhet med enkel inredning men allt man behöver. Balkong var extra trevligt dÄ vÀdret var strÄlande. Kommer man, som vi, sent sÄ mÄste man plocka upp nyckeln pÄ kontoret för att sedan Äka till lÀgenheten. Extremt bra valuta för pengarna och trevlig personal.
