"Great stay, large clean room, spacious bathroom and nice views on balcony. Easy check in, building was super clean and tidy, close to the train station as well. Onsen is great but shared with the public too; so it does get busy and with a lot of locals. It’s a really nice facility with sauna, cold bath, honey bath, outside bathtubs and a carbonated bath to name a few. Overall would definitely stay again and recommend, especially if you’re going to universal. "

The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I especially appreciated how helpful they were when I needed a last-minute cab ride to the airport — they arranged it quickly and made the process stress-free. "Incredible service, kaiseki, and room. Amenities were top notch, I didn't even make it into the town I enjoyed the room so much. I wish I could've stayed longer! Really wonderful experience for my family to get together and enjoy. One thing I didn't expect - our room was in a special area that didn't allow a local friend of mine to visit without a $75 extra charge. A shame because the room was so spacious and I had ordered a cake to share. Just something to be wary of if booking a room with a private bath. "
