Overall a very nice place to stay. The reason for the low cleanliness score is that there was hair all over the floor and stuck to the rugs in the room. The bathtub also had a couple large clumps of hair in it. Other than that, I would certainly return.

The cleaners are very noisy, there is no chance of continuing your sleep after 11am when they start cleaning the nearby rooms. Also, one of the staff just entered my room without even knocking and I had the red 'Do not disturb' card hanged on my door. Otherwise the hotel is nice, staff are helpful and the rooms are good and well equipped.

Awesome hotel
This hotel is awesome in every way. Staff are amazing... They are helpful, cheerful, and very professional. The room was larger than I expected. Very clean and tastefully decorated, over looking their beautiful pool and grounds. Easy walk to all attractilon. But there are plenty of taxis if you don't want to walk. Restaurant serves delicious and huge meals. Too much food for me in one sitting so took some back for a late night snack. It was yummy!

Great Hotel to stay at.
This is a very nice Hotel. It's quiet, clean, friendly caring staff. They were a great help if I needed anything. They take care of their guests

Ideal location, a bit shabby but perfectly fine.
The hotel has perhaps seen better days during more prosperous times. But, it still has real charm and the staff make an effort to please. Location is ideal for quick access to the souk, across the street from the pools, and maybe a 15 minute walk to the Grand Mosque. Room basic but consistent with the country and the price. The breakfast was perfectly adequate.

Modest price, modest facilities
Bathwater was only luke warm. Pool was empty. Good in-room internet, good bed and nice duvet. Reasonable breakfast with choice of cooked eggs. Quet situation within walking distance of town centre.

Superbe hôtel
Superbe hôtel, très bien situé. Avec parking pour les voitures. Le staff, toute l'équipe est au top, gentillesse et serviabilité ! Un grand plus pour la dame de l'accueil ultra souriante. Mes enfants ont adorés la piscine avec ces fortes chaleurs. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel. À noter quand même que les photos dans lannonce sont obsolètes, l'accueil et les salles d'assises ont été totalement modernisés.
