"We checked in with friends and were horrified to find a dusgusting property that reeked of mold, had disgusting things in the refridgerator such as someone’s needles and dirty kitchen drawers. Shows or entertainment going on throughout the day. I wouldn’t recommend going during the seaweed season if you want the clear ocean. Hotel was walkable to downtown and convenient stores"

"This resort is absolutely stunning! But 1st let me start with Expedia, we loved the ease of booking, discounts on room & the many offerings & privileges once we arrived like the rooftop restaurant& spa discounts. Our ocean view room was insanely gorgeous & wonderfully stocked. We loved everything about this resort. The food, entertainment, all the different pools, activities & hospitality. The service is outstanding & they will go above & beyond to make sure your stay is great. You must do a spa treatment, the spa facilities are next level. We have found our favorite in Mexico & will be back again! Stay here to be pampered & amazed at the earthly decor & jungle like atmosphere. We had an amazing vacation!"

"Everyone was so nice and helpful. I'd never stayed at an all-inclusive place before so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it was a great place to stay. My only criticism is that if you're trying to communicate with the hotel through Expedia, don't. They respond very slowly through that portal. Direct with the hotel is much better."
