Kapsaliana Hotels

"Hotel created from abandoned village in the hills behind Rethymno. Gorgeous location and top notch accommodations. Breakfast was very good, and we had a great meal one night at the restaurant there. Wish we had stayed longer..."

"Loved the beach. Breakfast was first class."

"Overall very good experience staying in the hotel. Excellent staff. Specious room and bathroom. Very convenient location to be able to see the historical sites."

"The property was very clean and well maintained. All of the staff were extremely friendly. Overall the food was very good. Not at all the properties fault but it rained 2 of the 4 days we stayed at this resort. A lot of this resorts amenities (ping pong, full size chess) and even some of the a la carte restaurants do not operate when it's raining. And with everyone needing to be inside, the common area's felt a bit cramped."

"Location, location, location! Wonderful stay at Steris with beach access right across the street and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Would stay again!"

"The room was clean and spacious. I had a lovely view from my balcony. Breakfast was also great as the staff were welcoming every morning"

"Very nice staff that work hard to make your stay pleasant. Perfect location and nice beach."

"Excellent. We were a family of 3 and it ticked all of the boxes, aqua park, kids club, various pools (with very friendly lifegaurds), and beach, good selection of restaurants and a beach bar. Also a few Tavernas within walking distance and so you are not confined to the hotel."

"Das Hotel ist eigentlich ein Traum. Die Zimmer sehr sauber, dafür alles andere nicht so. Hier dürfte etwas mehr gemacht werden. Leider auch beim Pool. Mit sehr wenig könnte man da etwas wundervolles machen! Die Lage fanden wir super! Einfach nur Ruhe pur! Wir würden da wieder hin."

"The staff was very friendly. If you needed anything, they were always there to help. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great. A quiet area, yet close to the beach—an ideal location."

"Very friendly staff. Good value for money."

"There is only one staff, the ladies only."

"Beautiful unique rooms and incredible friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again."

"We had an amazing time everything from the transfers to and from the airport to the hotel, to the hotel itself just couldn’t fault anything. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and they were so friendly. This was the first time going all inclusive we couldn’t have chosen a better place the food was so nice and so much choice. The hotel was very clean and tidy the grounds were well maintained. We will be staying here again in the future."

"Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and great food."

"Amazing"

"Great and clean place."

"Beutiful hill location with ocean view. Just few minutes drive from the town center. Good wifi and parking, which is a must if you work and rent a car. Recommended "

"Central located between beach and the old city. The staff works incredibly hard to meet all of your needs. Wonderful stay."
