The hotel is a brief walk from the Karuizawa train station, so it is in a desirable location for weary travellers. The room and bedding are comfortable, and an average size. The only negative I have is the use of keys for your room door. An upgrade to key cards would be something to consider for the future, and may also stop the need for handing in your key each time you exit the building (which I'm guessing is because of the key cutting service close by?)"

"They have lot of shuttle bus between main building to small wooden house. Waiting time less than 5min. Room is clean and good wifi quality. "

"The property was clean and communication from the host clear. The property looks like on the pictures. However, there are a few things that could’ve been better: (1) kitchen is incredibly poorly equipped with exactly 1 cutting knife and no cutlery at all, not even a spoon, (2) the toilet isn’t private, as the window is not shaded and there were builders just in front of the window, (3) it’s impossible to have a shower whilst standing up as there’s no fixing for the shower head and (4) we were woken up by noise from the building site right next to our house every morning (this is obviously temporary, however, it would have been nice to be made aware of this as it significantly disturbed our rest. "
