"This place is a traveler's dream. The listing is located in a peaceful town just a few stops away from the touristy Tokyo areas. Despite being small, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay after long days of exploring. A big plus was having our own washer which is super helpful for longer stays. Highly recommend."

"Property was clean, safe and close to food and transportation. (Self) Check in/out was emailed in advance and was easy. Pictures online made the living room look bigger, but our family of three made it work. Amenities in the shower (like modes of ventilation) and clothes washer were very useful to us."

"We stayed in the superior room- Very nice and perfect for our family of five. Our fault for not mapping it ahead of time but, it is a little far from the train station."

"One of the best places ive stayed in all of japan. The posting is a bit strange and doesn't do it justice however, but it is basically a standard, well maintained, apartment. Being in the korea district was surprisingly enjoyable and the distance from the train and other major locations was perfect."

"Clean room and could easily accommodate for our family of 4. Close to the food areas as well as convenience stores without being in a high traffic area. "

"The rooms were a bit smaller than I anticipated but I think thats just a Japan thing, otherwise it was great. Felt really safe there, it was a good location, lots of eating options within the hotel, family mart on site 24/7, super clean. Would stay again."
"The hotel is located well within walking distance of the train station and in a good area for sightseeing, shops and dining. The staff are super friendly and always there to help with even the smallest of issues, but sadly that is where the good points end. The hotel rooms are of a good size but very, very tired. Although clean enough there are some nasty stains on the carpets and the bathrooms are straight from the eighties, the beds were uncomfortable and i think the pillows were filled with concrete they were that hard. We stayed for 5 nights and paid for breakfast, that was also a big mistake. The dining room was filthy, the carpet was disgusting and the tables are just inches apart. Although the food was nice the total experience wasn`t i`m afraid. Cheaper and far better hotels in the same vicinity."
"Airport Limousine pickup at hotel which is a great plus. Hotel is near many stations entry/exit. Another great point: 2 washing machines available on 6 levels, status can be viewed on room tv.
Room is clean, do note that they have compulsory room cleaning on day 3 for hygiene purposes."
"First, I did not like how the hotel separates its room categories between the South Tower (Standard) and the Main Tower (Premier and Executive). We traveled as a family of four, and Expedia recommended the Deluxe Room with four single beds without making it clear that the Premier and Executive rooms were in a different tower with a much better experience.
The room we received felt outdated, like something from the 1980s, with a small bathroom, bathtub, and shower curtain. The shower curtain was narrower than the bathtub, making it easy for water to splash onto the bathroom floor.
As Standard room guests, we were not able to use most of the hotel’s facilities. Even the lobby had very limited seating, and the only comfortable seating area required paying for access to the lounge, which closed at 4:30 p.m for guests other than Premier and Executive guests.
After exploring the Main Tower, we realized the Premier and Executive rooms were much newer, more modern, and included lounge access. We paid about $2,700 for five nights (around $540 per night), yet our experience felt like that of a budget guest. Overall, this hotel did not deliver the quality or service I would expect from a 4.5-star property—it felt closer to a 3-star hotel."
