"A fantastic hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, the hotel is spotless, rooms spacious and clean no complaints at all 😁. The location is fantastic so close to everything, would highly recommended, we will be back"
"I booked this stay 30 minutes before we arrived as the hotel we had originally booked was awful. The staff were extremely helpful and made sure we were checked in quickly as we had an event to attend. The interiors were really cool and we felt really comfortable immediately. The location was perfect too. Very central and we managed to park in a local car park a 3 minute walk away. Overall we would highly recommend. X"
"Room was clean. Well organised. View over River Clyde . Bathroom was large wet room style. No shower door just a curtain with faulty hooks , it wouldn’t stay in place . Bathroom was flooded after one shower . Shampoo and conditioner bottles attached to wall , both empty. I asked for house keeping to take care of it . After 3 days still not replenished. Nice bar down stairs , breakfast at the restaurant was well stocked and plentiful. Extra charge for it . It was a taxi ride from Glasgow center or a 20 minute brisk walk .
I did not find the staff friendly or attentive. Hop on hop off bus at the doorstep."
