"Excellent hotel. I can usually find SOMETHING to complain about, but I am hard pressed. Loved the location, walkable to everything but less busy area. Staff friendly and helpful at front desk, restaurant as well as a smiling doorman and cleaners who were careful to keep us stocked on towels, tea etc even when we declined to have our room serviced. Wonderful breakfast, comfy room with plenty of storage. Okay, only complaint is lack of fan in bathroom which always steamed up during showers. Otherwise, really a great stay."

"Staff was amazing. Drop off of luggage was very helpful. The only reason for the 4 stars is due to the loudness of the outside and hearing it inside where we couldn't sleep well. Side alley is a little scary too. But over all location is walking distance to most tourist things and thr room was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly."
