"Thank you for a wonderful stay, crowne Plaza. I had some difficulties with my trip but the hotel was the only factor that gave me zero issues and felt like I could rely on it and it's staff. They offered advice on travel and accommodated everything I requested."

"Bar and restaurant staff were excellent, attentive and provided great service. Front of house/reception staff in my opinion were less so. Reception staff set the scene therefore they should greet staff with a smile, be friendly and take some time to run through what’s what. This was missing. I also think that a surcharge of 17 euros for breakfast when paying 135 euros for accommodation is very expensive. I declined and went to the local town where my breakfast cost less than 10 euros"
