"We loved staying in Ross House. The place is quiet but close to many amenities. We loved canoeing on the lake. The pier is only 200m from the hotel. You can also go to a small beach about 3km from the hotel - short drive, beach is safe for kids. The hosts are super friendly and relaxed. Breakfast was great too. I will gladly go back "

"A tip is to book directly with the hotel & their continental breakfast as an add on, is very good. It has a large selection of foods, not your typical continental breakfast. Staff is very helpful & friendly & go above & beyond to help with any queries. Rooms are small & meant for no more than 2 people. They are efficiently laid out & have newer technology. Great location near bus & tram lines. Grocery store across the street. Many restaurants within 5 minutes on O’Connell Street & beyond"
