"The breakfast was fresh each morning and the breakfast staff worked hard to keep items stocked during the busy weekend. "

"My check in was terrible. We were not greeted. The front desk staff member had absolutely no customer service and his tag said that he was a manager. He was very short and simply told us to "tap, swipe, or insert here" with out explaining what he was charging us for (incidentals). It was very disappointing for our initial encounter at the hotel to be so unpleasant by a manager. He gave us no sort of orientation on the property at all or told us where anything was. Other staff on site were very friendly and courteous. The food at the on site restaurant was over priced for the value. The Caribbean nachos were disgusting. The service from the other staff was good. The room is very noisy as well as the bed but I did sleep comfortably. We were placed in an adjoining room and you could hear right through the door."

"We booked a non- smoking room. However, the room has traces of smokig like the bedsheets burned by cigarettes and even the bath tub. The toilet bowl’s flush is defective. We even didn’t have breakfast. Only coffee was left at around 8:30 am"
