It was very clean the room was very nice and the air con was spot on. Negatives breakfast. Yes it’s a bonus getting a breakfast in a London hotel but this was very poor. "A good place to stay outside of Epsom, with a great vibe in the bar, restaurant and clubhouse. We stayed during the warm weather and took our meals outside on the decking overlooking the goal course.
The cook-to-order breakfast was a treat and the staff were friendly and well-trained.
Air-conditioning in the room made our stay all the more comfortable."

"I chose this hotel for its central location within 6 minutes of Holborn's Underground station. Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden and Oxford St. are easily walkable from the hotel.
I especially liked the daily breakfast (GBP 13.95) with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, baked goodies, juices and prepared foods (my favorite was the ham and cheese omelette). The staff heated the cold food upon request, and the front desk staff were efficient. The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping...

"Not many amenities. Rooms were BERY outdated-felt like we were back in time a couple of decades. Bed was quite comfortable, which was nice. Need washcloths, not just towels, in the bath. Room was clean, just so outdated that it was hard to tell and the carpet surely had seem much better days-a long long time ago. Staff were VERY pleasant and helpful."

"Check in was terrible ,lady would not let us in the front entrance wanted to know why we are there rooms are small in attic of a 50 year old house , bathroom was small cannot stand straight have to bend to use , shower barely had any space to move , squeeze your self to get to pot, overall would not recommend anyone unless they are stuck with it thru online reservation…"
