"It was a beautiful spot and easy to get to places. A lot of space! But the sauna room smelled like mold and there was a lot of black spots on the wood. The room we split in smelled musty. Quite location and parking spot you don’t have to pay for!"

"I cannot recommend the The Base House Kinosaki enough. There were 4 of us staying for 2 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. The Host of the property was fantastic. He was gracious, courteous, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond at all times. He was very easy to communicate with and responded to our emails and texts right away. "全体的に良かった。特にキッチン周りの充実(ホームベーカリーやバリスタ、冷蔵庫のデカさ、食器の清潔さ、などなど)や本格的なバレルサウナ、家具などは満足。 一方、チェックイン16時からなので、1泊2日の場合初日は十分にサウナを満喫できず、15時だと嬉しいところ。チェックアウトが11時なので翌日に楽しめたが、できれば時間を気にせず初日に楽しみたい。"
