Terrible decor in the Room. Deluxe Seaview Room on 3rd floor was dissappointing with cracked floor tiles in the bathroom. For the cash, expected more. Lift wasn't working 3 days out of 5 day stay. Breakfast selection was ok but nothing special - certainly not 5 star. Service from the staff was excellent though. Spa was good, but would recommend that the Reception Desk at the Spa don't show rhe Guests what is available in the Pool/Sauna area on the Security Screen - given that it means you can see all the semiclad guests who are in there!

The views, the amazing open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, liked coffee,tea, left also washing up liquid, tea towels etc.
The bedrooms were well appointed, good quality bed linen.
