We loved everything about this hotel. Our only negative feedback is there were no hair dryers in the rooms and the restaurant on floor 3 was slow and rude service. We waited 40 minutes just to be greeted for our drinks.

The room was clean, nice and comfortable. I appreciate the front desk giving ear plugs since there is a bar on the side that does play music most evenings. The day staff was very friendly and had good recommendations around the area. It had a great location in the middle of the city and walkable to all the big things you want to see on your visit.

"On smaller loch ard, near Loch Lomond, this hotel is off the beaten path. It’s beautiful and peaceful with amazing views of the water from every window.
