"Absolutely wonderful staff. Very small team but they run it like there are 20 of them. 30 seconds from the bus stop, greeted cheerfully when we arrived, filled out some forms and were shown to our room. It was nice and cozy, great view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was good, nothing crazy but enough to start the day. Dinner in their restaurant was also great. The spa was fantastic. "The clerks were very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was done with a smile comfortably sitting outside on the balcony with a drink. The room assigned to this old guest had a beautiful bathroom but the tub was not practical for me. I was immediately transferred to an equally beautiful room with a balcony with a splendid view of the mountain range AND a very nice walk-in shower. I loved the friendliness and the majestic mountains. Chandolin boutique hotel exceeded my expectations."
