I knew when booking this property (because the lack of any pictures of the outside), that it probably was not very attractive outside, but pulling some of the weeds and picking up some of the garbage around the entry would go a long way in improving the first impression... The owner was good at communicating a few hours before our arrival, that if the electricity was not working, I could try pushing a reset button above any electrical panel in the entry.... what he failed to mention was that it was about 8 feet above the floor... with no ladder available, I had to stand on a chair the push the switch... I could not get my photos of entry and electrical box to upload.....
