I did not like the fact that housekeeping did not return. Since our four 4 night stay, not once was the room cleaned. The sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable.

Breakfast area and variety of food was good. The pool was clean and warm for our swim time. The front desk employees were very pleasant and helpful. The attendant in the breakfast area was lovely and made breakfast time with our grandsons enjoyable.

The hotel was very busy, there were multiple spots tournaments in Guelph. Every thing was terrific! Huge thanks to the breakfast staff, the hotel seemed to be full and breakfast was always fully stocked, hit and ready to go! I’ll be returning to the Hampton in Guelph for a more relaxing weekend when I don’t have so much running around to do

I booked a hotel room last minute for a quick getaway. I had to cancel within an hour of booking due to a family health emergency. I did not (but definitely should have) purchase the cancellation fee. I tried to work with the hotel to get some remedy of a refund but was unsuccessful. I was out over $300 with no resolution. I understand it was my fault for not purchasing the cancellation fee but i hoped due to the length of time between booking and cancelling, there might have been some wiggle room in policy. Apparently not. Will not book here again.

Courteous staff Good breakfast Good location Outdated tv pay per view. Old and needs to be updated Tv channel selection is from the 90s as well Could not regulate shower temperature. It was either very cold or very hot!! Not pleasant Hotel is not value for the money charged

Room was clean and updated, the blackout blinds were a nice touch Beds were comfortable Breakfast was alright, not great, but what I expected. Enough options to satisfy everyone Coffee could have been stronger Staff was friendly and helpful No complaints, I would stay again

Found the facility to be tired. Stayed there 5 years ago and it was spotless and beautiful. The room we stayed in had stained carpets and the main entrance carpets were all stained and unsightly. The facility could use some updating like removing carpets in living room and main entrance and replacing with hard surface material that doesn't show stains, etc.
