The place was nice and the area seemed okay. Grocery store and food places close by. I would just caution another renter that the apartment is part of the main house that is also rented. At the time we were there the main place was being occupied by a bunch of contracted workers (at least 6 because there were 6 work trucks) from a company. Voices carried and it was difficult to fall asleep. Plus it made us nervous having that many men below our rental. That being said, everything was okay otherwise. And Blake answered and handled any of our concerns.
