"This used to be the Buskin River Inn and all rooms will be remodeled in the next year. My room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was good and I really like the biscuits. Caught my daily limit of silver salmon in the Buskin River behind the hotel. Nice computer and printer set up in lobby. This is my must stay place in Kodiak."

"The rooms are spacious and the rooms with balconies overlooking the harbor are especially great. We enjoyed stepping out to look at the view. Walkable to the main area with restaurants. Easy transportation to and from the airport with shuttle. Highly recommend. "

"We had a great stay at the Shoreline. All of the rooms in the unit are large, giving us plenty of space for our family of 4. The unit was clean and the location was convenient for all of our activities in Kodiak. If you plan on using the laundry, make sure to take enough quarters. I believe it was $1.50 for a load in the wash and $2.00 per load to dry. We had a great stay and I would recommend staying here on a trip to Kodiak."
