"Jake was easy to work with. We flew in that morning. Even though the cleaning lady was there we were able to drop our stuff off. It was very helpful as our car was packed and we needed to go grocery shopping. The AC worked great! :) BBQ gas tanks were empty, but Jake called us and helped us get a full tank."

"We had an amazing time at this house with two families totaling 10 people. Plenty of room never felt crowded. Rooms were great cleaning was decent. Check in process was good not great. Kitchen had everything we needed for the week we were there. Pool area is nice. Plenty of games for the kids o play. Bikes in the garage need work couple had flat tires and couple of small ones had issues with the brakes overall a nice stay."

"This was a perfect place to stay. Everything we needed was there, the location was great and the house was clean. Having access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club was a great perk! The only thing other members of our family mentioned was that the beds were very springy and weren’t the most comfortable beds. Other than that, we loved the place!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family really enjoyed the property. The pool was a highlight for us. Everything was a bit of a drive, so you definitely need a rental car. Our family had three cars and there was no place to park the third vehicle. Beware, they are very strict about parking in the neighborhood, so we returned one car and made do with two. The air conditioning was another pain point, some rooms we couldn't cook and others were freezing with the controls not working well. Overall, a great experience."
