Holiday home MittelmĂŒhle in the Franconian Switzerland

two newly built apartments in the attic for 2 - 4 people. The apartments are identical and lovingly furnished. Each apartment has two bedrooms, each with two double beds (1.8 x 2.0 m or 1.4 x 2.0 m). Bed linen is provided.
The kitchen has a hob, oven and dishwasher. A coffee machine is also available.
The large-screen television has satellite channels. Wi-Fi can be used free of charge.
A toddler equipment can also be provided on request.
The bathroom has a shower. Towels and bath towels are provided free of charge.
Outside, you can have breakfast on a terrace.
The former mill building was completely renovated in 2019.
Parking is in front of the house. Two electric bikes can be rented. There is also an electric charging point for e-cars.

Wir haben unsere 4 Tage in Kotzendorf sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft ist optimal fĂŒr 4 Personen. Das gesamte Anwesen ist wunderschön, die Vermieter sehr nett und super hilfsbereit. Es war wunderbar ruhig und man konnte die Natur herrlich genießen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke fĂŒr alles!

Sommer im Herbst

Durchweg 5 Sterne - und dies nicht weil es so einfach ist! Ebenfalls 5 Sterne fĂŒr die Imkerin (FrĂŒhtracht) im Hause. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier definitiv richtig. Ein wunderschöner Freizeitraum (Kicker/E-Dart und ideale Tische zum Kartenspielen) ergĂ€nzt bei Bedarf das Freizeitangebot. Ein sympathischer, unaufdringlicher Gastgeber rundete fĂŒr uns den Aufenthalt positiv ab.

Aufenthalt im Juli 2023

Wir haben zehn sehr entspannte Tage in der FrĂ€nkischen Schweiz verbracht. Überzeugt haben uns die sehr saubere Ferienwohnung und der unkomplizierte Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Kotzendorf liegt etwas abgelegen, aber das ist mit dem Auto kein Problem. Die nĂ€chsten SupermĂ€rkte sind ca. 8 Kilometer entfernt. Durch die Wallbox auf dem Hof muss man sich als E-Auto Fahrer keine Gedanken ĂŒber die nĂ€chste Lademöglichkeit machen. Unser Sohn war glĂŒcklich mit den vier Katzen, dem Hahn und den HĂŒhnern und der Dartscheibe und lĂ€sst Marion und Gerhard noch einmal ganz lieb grĂŒssen 😉

Ein herzlicher Empfang, Übergabe einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung ( picobello-sauber, alles neuwertig, hell u modern, gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet), 8 entspannte NĂ€chte, Wandern in ruhiger, sehr schöner Landschaft, nur 30 Minuten nach Bamberg oder Bayreuth..... Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung mit supernetten Gastgebern gern weiter

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben zehn Tage in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbringen dĂŒrfen und da wir dennoch nicht alles erleben konnten, werden wir diese Wohnung wieder buchen! Gepflegt, sauber und mit einem guten HĂ€ndchen eingerichtet, war alles vorhanden um sich sofort wohl zu fĂŒhlen. Die Vermieter sind zudem ĂŒberaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die nĂ€here Umgebung ist bereits sehr Idyllisch und man kann stundenlang wandern ohne einen anderen Menschen zu treffen. Auch die StĂ€dtetrips in die umliegenden GroßstĂ€dte sind sehr empfehlenswert. So kann man einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub genießen, wĂ€hrend man lĂ€ndlich und ruhig wohnt. Von uns eine klare Buchungsempfehlung. Wir freuen uns auf den nĂ€chsten Urlaub bei euch!

Super gastfreundlich und schön

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und unsere Gastgeber hÀtten nicht freundlicher sein können. In der Wohnung war alles was wir brauchten vorhanden. Auch zum abends draussen sitzen waren Möglichkeiten da und wir wurden herzallerliebst umsorgt. Klare Empfehlung.
