"The hotel environment was largely very nice, very clean, rooms were nice, the hotel was well maintained. For me the issue was as lovely as the staff were as people, the level of service was poor, not just poor for a 5* hotel, but poor for any hotel. I should say we stayed the first week of May, which is early in their season, however when any service issues were raised that was the excuse they gave, as though that makes it OK. The significant majority of the staff where new (like first day new...
"It's ok, breakfast is basic and the same everyday. Rooms are clean and pool area is good with plenty of sunbeds. For the cost i cant complain but don't expect bells and whistles. Tigaki is only a 5 minute walk with plenty of restaurants. Kos Town 20mins on the bus worth a visit."
"The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Special thanks to Giorghos and Lambros at the restaurant, Alexis and Dimitri at the front desk, and to Marianna at the pool. What a wonderful team!!
This was our second trip and, hopefully, we will return soon.
The Saba Family"
"After a hectic start in Istanbul, then off to Bodrum, landing at OKU in Kos was pure heaven.
This resort is secluded far enough from town to feel totally at peace, with a great beach club, pool, and divine breakfast.
One of our favorite things to do was the daily yoga and of course, a massage at the spa.
The staff could not have been nicer.
Would absolutely go again.
