"Great hotel, Great location. Train station 2 minutes from hotel. In the middle of the old town and Jewish quarter. Room was spotless, hotel staff excellent and had a water dispenser in corridor so could rehydrate without needing to leave ur floor."

"Nice clean hotel in great position. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfy. Tea and coffee available in room. We had B & B and there was plenty of food and drinks choice at breakfast. Nice restaurants near the hotel to eat out in."

"For the price the location is excellent. Looking out of our window we could see the start of the main Square so felt right in the heart of Krakow. The breakfast was good as well. The train station is about 15 minute walk and the Castle 10 minutes so a great location to be able to visit all of the recommended places."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, for its convenient location next to the train and bus stations. One room was basic, the other was “premium”; both were clean, comfortable beds, good showers - not fancy, but everything you need. Very friendly and helpful staff who assisted with my lost luggage. The breakfast buffet is tasty and plentiful. I’m happy to recommend!"

"The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for you. The team arranged a transfer from the airport with less than 24 hours notice. Totally professional and friendly during the check in. The suite we stayed was incredible, including the most comfortable hotel bed ever - I think it’s possibly the nicest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. The hotel garden area should not be overlooked for a couple of quiet hours relaxing. Hotel is in a perfect location and park at the end of the street was a lovely place for a walk. Honestly, just the best experience. We will definitely rebook for Amber Design Residence the next time we come to Krakow. Thanks for helping make our trip special."

"Amazing is the best way to describe this hotel. It is five star! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The bed is very comfortable- they have thought of every detail. The guest service is friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect. Close to everything."
