"Great for the price, staff were very nice and tried hard to get us in early. The only thing is that nothing good to do is within walking distance, about a 10 minute taxi/uber ride from anything lively, but a 3-minute walk to the train and about a 5-minute walk to the bus stop. They have a buffet and a convenience store inside the hotel. The city view rooms are beautiful. Now that I am familiar with the public transportation, I would definitely stay there again."

"This hotel hgave us a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. We stayed here at the end of our Japan trip because we hadn't seen Tokyo Tower on beginning part of our trip. The area reminded me of central park area in NYC. You don't see the old Tokyo anywhere in the Shiba area. It is upper class and expensive cars. The hotel was a nice way to end our trip with great views, more greenery to look at and amazing breakfast buffet. It felt so good to be able to have all the breakfast options after finishing up our 3 week trip in Japan. The staff was very pleasant. The beds very comfortable and all the bathroom essentials you could think of. The room shows outdated some but they keep is super clean."

"Well appointed, clean rooms - small but it is Tokyo - great views from the upper floors of the Ariake Bay area, which was much more peaceful than the throngs of people downtown. Great breakfast buffet. Convenient access via train, bus or monorail. Highly recommend."

"Love the hotel theme. You can feel the vibe when you enter the hotel. Free suitcase storage. We were able to explore freely after check in time. Friendly staff. We received excellent service when asked about shuttle to airport. Close to train station so it was super convenient for us. Also, super close to Disneyland."

"Amazing stay. Check-In was very fast. Warm inviting lobby as always. Staff at front desk very welcoming and warm as well. Restaurants in hotel and some in close proximity.... short walk to train station. Breakfast was plentiful with plenty of options, no complaints…. Wonderful service as always. Gym facilities and equipment are enough to get by over your stay. Room is clean and well maintained. Lots of space for storage. Mini fridge, Hot water kettle in room and microwave next to vending machine in case you need. Fluffy towels and available body-wash, conditioner and shampoo are very good. Over an excellent stay and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you"

"I would normally stay closer to Shinagawa and recently discovered this hotel. It's a 20 minute walk to Shinagawa but the rooms are far larger and superior to the APA hotels I would choose. You put up with small room sin Tokyo, but this hotel offers normal European sized rooms which is important for long stays. The staff speak good english and are helpful. Not sure of local cuisine near by as this looked like a business district. I didn't try the breakfast this time. I think I would stay again."
