"The location is hard to beat: short walk to Shinagawa Station which is a major train hub for Tokyo and all of Japan. The room also had a great view of the station area. Beds were very comfy and the water pressure from the shower was great. "

"The room for single travelers is very small but clean. The bathroom is even smaller. My advice is if you are claustrophobic then you might want to avoid this place. Besides that the staff is very friendly, polite and are always happy to assist you. "

"As someone who travels to Japan often, I really enjoyed the location of this Tokyu Stay. It is in a much less touristy part of Tokyo so the train lines are less crowded. It is in a much quieter part of town, but not at all far from the hustle and bustle of major areas like Shibuya and Ikebukuro by train. Overall it was a great area to come back to after a long day. Staff were friendly, attentive, and avaialble if needed. "
