"We stayed here for 5 days after leaving a cruise ship in Tokyo harbour. Certainly one of the best hotels I’ve had the pleasure to stay at. The hotel staff were extremely focussed on service , and so polite. It was very appreciated that all staff made efforts to communicate in English. The cleaning staff were unparalleled, they would lay out my toiletries, bundle up phone cords, everything made you feel special. We spent lots of time in the 32nd floor lounge, the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent. The lounge access was well worth the extra cost I highly recommend this hotel looking for a relaxing stay where the staff provide great service."
