"The accommodations were far above what I expected. The courtesy from the staff and concierge team were also far above. We needed assistance obtaining a last-minute wheelchair, and the hotel provided us with one to use. The concierge team also provided further assistance with helping my family locate and purchase our own wheelchair for further traveling on the holiday (Emperor's Birthday). The level of care and kindness shown to us made our trip even better and far less stressful. The hotel was beautiful with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The western breakfast on the top floor was wonderful, with plenty of options for our vegan family members. I enjoyed the cocktail hour and the appetizers. A nice way to end my day before heading up to my room. Loved all the amenities at this hotel. Thank you for making our trip memorable and for all your assistance in helping us. We will definitely be returning and staying at your hotel in the coming year!"

"The room was fantastic and perfectly suited for our stay. It came equipped with a washer and dryer, and detergent was conveniently included in the room. All the amenities we needed were downstairs in the lobby, like extra sponges, toothbrushes, even hair ties! The breakfast at the hotel was simply amazing, and the hotel was conveniently located right across the street from the train station. It was easily accessible and in a great location! If I were to visit Tokyo again, I would definitely stay here."

"My family & I were extremely excited for our stay here to be extremely disappointed in the end. For what we paid for not worth it. From the moment we checked in we had problems with our check in which I did not understand when we communicated with the hotel a month or two prior from our stay. The 2 rooms we had are outdated only thing that was outstanding was the view of the tower. House keeping 10/10. The sky tower restaurant is where it got slightly weird and uncomfortable for my family and I. We wanted to check it out to make rsvp for my birthday but the lady in the front said everything was booked and bar area as well. She stated they closed at 9pm so of course we left and came back the following day. We checked in with the same lady and once again she tried to tell us it was completely booked. we clearly saw available seating at the bar she tried to make us pay for a view when we told her multiple times we wanted the bar area that was free. Took us 15-20 mins to be seated when no one was there or waiting. The service at the restaurant was clearly not it. Throughout our stay we felt ignored and profiled. We weren’t sure if it was because we were Americans or Hispanic or even both. In the end of check out they tried to charge us for something that we never took from the fridge. By then I was extremely happy to be checking out from the hotel but sad that our trip was ending in disappointment and anger from our stay. "
